This privacy notice explains how personal data is processed by the current Regal Raptor website infrastructure when you visit the website or use its contact and application forms.

For data processed through www.regalraptor.com.tr, Regal Raptor / Regal Motor Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi uses the contact channels above.

3. Collection and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically when you complete forms, upload files, visit the website and when technical cookies/tags operate. Processing may rely on legal grounds under Turkish data-protection law such as performance or preparation of a contract, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Where separate consent is legally required for a specific activity, it should be obtained separately.
4. Third-party services and transfers
The current source code uses Google Tag Manager; the contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map and some content may include services such as YouTube. Technical data may be transmitted to the relevant service provider when these services load. Data may also be shared, only as necessary, with hosting/email/IT providers, legal advisers and legally authorised authorities.
5. Retention
Form records and other personal data should be retained only for the period necessary to handle the relevant application/contact process, comply with legal obligations and establish/exercise/protect rights. The supplied source code does not define one automatic deletion period for all form tables, so no artificial fixed retention period is stated.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients; correction of incomplete/incorrect data; deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; notification of corrections/deletions to recipients; objection to adverse results arising solely from automated processing; and compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may submit requests with sufficient information to verify your identity and request to [email protected] or to the postal address above. Requests are handled within the applicable statutory period and, as a rule, no later than 30 days depending on the nature of the request.
